It would appear that Chief Justice John Roberts was more nervous than the President-elect. Roberts messed up the oath, Obama realized that, paused, and waited for Roberts to correct himself. And, I still don't think he got it right.
From the Constitution of the United States (Article II, Section 1, Clause 8):
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."
