Mom and I are going to the Lions vs. Bills game at Ford Field. But we must eat first, so we're going to the Roaring Lions Sunday Bruch at the exclusive Renaissance Club. The RC is on the 36th floor of Tower 200 at General Motors World Headquarters at Renaissance Center.
I'm a member of the Capital City Club in Columbia which is an afilliate of Club Corp. The Renaissance Club is also an afilliate so I can visit. This should be nice. We'll be there with other members, dressed in our game attire (authentic #34 Kevin Jones home jersey for me, nice new Lions t-shirt for Mom), getting geared up to see the Lions win their first game of the season. (We certainly have our fingers crossed.)
Maybe the Lions will feed off of the energy and excitement of the Tigers winning the ALCS last night at Comerica Park, right across the street from Ford Field, and produce a big win of their own this afternoon. GO LIONS!
